A co-Founder of PBC BioMed Gerard has over 22 years’ experience at various senior R&D roles with Stryker Orthopaedics and CelgenTek and has subsequently consulted for many clients from start-ups to multinationals. He has extensive experience in managing multi-discipline cross divisional R&D programs from concept stage to product launch and has a deep knowledge of validation, operations, regulatory affairs, IP protection and commercialisation, building R&D pipeline and R&D roadmap techniques. Gerard has a particularly strong track record of developing innovative orthobiologic products. Gerard has a B.Sc., Materials Science, University of Limerick, Ireland, and a PhD, Bioceramics from University of Bath, U.K.
