Britt has over 15 years of experience leading global product management and marketing teams at several orthopaedic and vascular medical device companies. She has managed product portfolios ranging from $5M to $500M in sales at medical device companies such as DePuy, Zimmer Biomet, Terumo Aortic, and Cordis, where she was responsible for driving new product development projects, strategic marketing and pipeline planning, marketing campaigns, and post-acquisition integration of brands, portfolios, and people. She also managed her own consulting company, providing commercialization guidance and support to her extensive corporate and surgeon network. Britt has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Marketing and Management from Indiana University.
