PBC Biomed Sports & Social club members enjoyed an ‘Introduction to Badminton’ session in July, hosted by the team at Munster Badminton.
The coaches did a fantastic job of helping our team to learn the basics, sharpen their reflexes, and of course, get competitive during some ‘friendly’ matches! It was a great reminder of how sport can bring teams together, build connections, and boost energy.
Huge thanks to Tim Yeomans and Trudy Kennedy at Munster Badminton for their hard work in organising the session. We may not all be ready for the Olympics just yet, but we’re already looking forward to the next game!
